Enteritis: This interesting case in visualized with a series of coronal, sagittal, volume rendered, and MIP images. It shows small bowel obstruction with thickened small bowel with increased vascular enhancement. This patient had a history of colon cancer and the stody was done for evaluation of suspected small bowel obstruction. The cause of the inflamed bowel was enteritis secondary to chemotherapy. The patient was treated conservatively and the enteritis resolved.
